You agree to use Orla only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Generated Content
Recipes and suggestions are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. Always use your own judgement when preparing food, especially regarding allergens, dietary restrictions, and food safety. Orla does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated recipe.
5. Intellectual Property
The Orla name, logo, and design are owned by Orla. Generated recipe content is not claimed as proprietary. You are free to use suggestions for personal cooking.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recipe suggestions are safe for all individuals.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any recipe suggestions provided.
8. Subscriptions
Orla offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans: Monthly ($4.99 USD per month) and Annual ($27.99 USD per year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple account settings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
